Dr Robert Felkler is a UK-trained dental surgeon with over 10 years of experience in the field of dental implants. Dr Felkler works in his private practice at the Eledent Clinic based in Surrey, and receives referrals from London clinics.
Incorporating a Full Digital Workflow from 2017, Dr Felkler has utilised modern CAD-CAM technology to design alveolar ridge augmentation in preparation for prosthetically driven implant placement, referred to as Customised Bone Regeneration or CBR
To date, Dr. Felkler is the UK's number one user of CBR technology.
THE CBR PROCEDURE
The CBR procedure is explained step-by-step, from the design process and ordering stages, to the surgical placement of the Yxoss lattice. During our hands-on sessions we focus on a digital workflow where you will have the opportunity to place an Yxoss lattice with backward planning, followed by the placement of dental implants using a printed surgical guide. The course will include a presentation of clinical cases in which horizontal and vertical ridge augmentations were accomplished based on the protocol presented.
In addition, we offer focus group sessions with live surgery, to assist with strengthening foundation surgical skills and using the Yxoss lattice.
