Dr Robert Felkler is a UK-trained dental surgeon with over 10 years of experience in dental implants.

Dr Felkler runs his private practice at Eledent Clinic based in Surrey and regularly receives referrals from London clinics. Embracing a Full Digital Workflow since 2017, Dr Felkler leverages modern CAD-CAM technology to design alveolar ridge augmentation in preparation for prosthetically driven implant placement, a technique referred to as Customised Bone Regeneration or CBR.

To date, Dr. Felkler is the UK's number one user of CBR technology and key opinion leader for Meisinger Bone Management and NEOSS Dental Implants.

CBR One-Day Course

This one-day course provides a step-by-step overview of the CBR procedure, covering the full workflow from case design and ordering stages through to surgical placement of the Yxoss lattice. The course combines theory with hands-on practical sessions, focusing on a digital workflow and backward planning. Participants will also place dental implants using a printed surgical guide and review clinical cases demonstrating predictable horizontal and vertical ridge augmentation outcomes using the CBR protocol.
